What you need:-

  1. Cranberry Juice- 500 ml
  2. Lime Juice- 125 ml
  3. Vodka (Any Brand, but preferably Citrus-flavored) – 300 ml
  4. Ice Trays
  5. Fresh Lime Slices for garnishing


  • Mix the first three ingredients well in a large cocktail shaker or bowl.
  • Pour into Ice Trays and freeze for about 5 hours.
  • Remove the cubes, crush slightly with a fork till slush-like and serve immediately in a tall Martini Glasses, with a lime slice on the side.

What you need:-

  1. Sparkling Water (preferably Perrier) – 60 ml
  2. Tonic or Bitter (any renowned brand) – 60 ml
  3. Vodka (unflavored) – 30 ml
  4. Any Dry White Wine- 30 ml
  5. Thin Cucumber Slices (lengthwise instead of roundels)


  • Pour all ingredients into a tall Tom Collins Glass filled with Ice.
  • Affix a cucumber slice and serve immediately.

Instead of pouring out a bottle of Champagne to celebrate next time, try out this simple, yet regal cocktail!

What you need:-

  1. Bottle of Champagne/Sparkling Wine
  2. Brandy- 200 ml
  3. Angostura Bitters- 50 ml
  4. Fresh Strawberries- one per glass


  • Based on the number of people to be served, arrange Champagne Tulips on a table.
  • Add one strawberry to each, followed by a spoonful of brandy and 2-3 drops of the Bitter.
  • Just before you serve, pour Chilled Champagne into the Tulips and enjoy!

Tequila shots might be the rage, but for those who like to sip their drinks leisurely, this Tequila Cocktail is a Godsend!

What you need:-

  1. Grapefruit Juice- 60 ml
  2. Tequila- 50 ml
  3. Sweet Lime Juice (freshly squeezed)- 40 ml
  4. Castor Sugar- to taste
  5. Grapefruit Wedges


  • Mix all ingredients except wedges in a bowl or shaker, along with crushed ice.
  • Pour into a Tom Collins Glass.
  • Garnish with Grapefruit Wedges.

#5 Beat the Blues

This blue-tinted, gin-based drink is the perfect way to lift your spirits, on a particularly dull evening!

What you need:-

  1. Gin- 30 ml
  2. Bailey’s Irish Cream- 2 Tablespoons
  3. Blue Curacao- 15 ml
  4. Sparkling Water- as required
  5. Mint Leaves


  • Shake all ingredients in cocktail shaker.
  • Pour into long-stemmed glass, half-filled with ice.
  • Top with Mint Leaves and serve.
